Tastebud Tango

Just got back from a run and started making pasta when I realized I needed to spice things up. Instead of resorting to my usual marinara I decided to give my tastebuds something new to sing about.

1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced/diced and sauteed in olive oil
1 slice of white onion, same fate as the pepper
1 cup black beans
1 cup salsa, heated

Mix ingredients. Devour. Wish you had made more.
