3/4 cup cashew pulp
3 frozen strawberries
2 tbsp of shredded coconut
1/2 cup filtered water
2 tbsp flax meal
1/2 banana

Mix in blender until smooth. Store in fridge until cool or add ice cubes while blending for an instant treat. Feel like a kid again.

You're brilliant (duh). I hate chucking my nut mylk pulp, so I will have to give this a try. Yum yum.
